When I go onto a new webpage , for a second I see the top of the page, then on its own, it scrolls down to the bottom of the page and stays there. I've got to move it back with the mouse, to the top of the page.

What can I do?

do you have a wheel in the middle of your mouse??
if you do, maybe yo have it set to move an entire screen at once.. and maybe by mistake you're moving the wheel..

if that's the problem, go to settings.. ctrl panel..... mouse.. and there you can see how many lines or windows to set the wheel to go..

that is so cool. I didn't know some of the changes that youcan make. Some of the changes I made are bound to bug my husband! I.e. pointer trails (where the mouse catches up with itself)

#1 check for a virus with virus scanning software
#2 check mouse settings
#3 check to see if mouse is broken. I had some similar problems and found out it was the mouse itself that was just dropping dead. you may have to borrow another mouse from someone and install it onto your computer and see if it does the same thing
