1. I started trying to say the first 3 paragraphs of shema in the morning (I previously only said the first 2) because of the thread where op asked about davening.
2. I started throwing laundry into the hamper right away instead of letting it sit in a pile in my bedroom until laundry days. My room looks so much nicer now!

I didn't get there yet, that's my next goal. But I admit I am much happier when I walk into my room and see space instead of a pile of laundry.
