Those of you that have a strict skincare routine - what do you do on Fridays? (Especially when the day is so short.) The perscribed cream I'm using I use at night and it reeeaally dries out my skin. Should I put it on, then moisturize, then makeup?

I either skip and wear makeup, or use my cream and no make up and can then wash off cream in the A.M. shabbos.
