I’ve seen it in Israel but not in the US. Anyone know if CY shelf stable milk is sold anywhere in the US? We are going to be going on a long trip soon and won’t have access to CY dairy products.

Not in the US. But there is cholov yisroel milk powder that you can reconstitute with water.

So interesting, every country that I've been to. England, Australia, Brazil all have shelf stable cholov yisroel milk. Why don't they make it in the US?

It tastes a little different - my kids don't like it. But I could see a market for small sized cartons of cy shelf stable milk.
On the flip side, I believe in France the only CY milk you can get is UHT milk. I guess they get used to the taste.

I don't know why they don't have shelf stable milk. there's shelf stable coffee drinks with milk.
