Every year we have an office party around this time. I have a few coworkers who take it too far and get stone drunk. This year I'm thinking of having fun. What can I say to them to tick them off?

This will not end well. You should rather say, "nice seeing you, I have to go now. Goodbye!".

I totally want to be there to witness this. Have fun, OP! Very Happy

This is another reason I'm glad I skip the holiday party every year.

Quote:
Definition of tick off
transitive verb

1 : to make angry or indignant
the cancellation really ticked me off
2 : REPRIMAND, REBUKE
his father ticked him off for his impudence

Neither of those seems like a good idea with people you work with. Could I suggest instead arriving on time and leaving when people begin to get drunk?

Why would you want to do this?

Just avoid drunk people.

Surely you must have *some* coworkers who attend this party and know how to drink responsibly, or who don't drink at all.

Enjoy.
These are corny enough that only drunk will laugh.

Sounds like you dislike your coworkers and are looking to use alcohol as an excuse to insult them? Is that about right?

Bad idea.

nothing -- they won't remember it anyway

no productive reason to be around that type of situation or atmosphere or put yourself in that

however, there is an Eye that Sees and an Ear that Hears

not everyone suffers memory loss after drinking, even to the point of drunkedness
