DD (2 years old) has a nasty cold and cough for almost 3 months. Is this normal ? Am I supposed to see a doctor for this if he's not having fever ot showing other symptoms?

Of course she should see a doctor! She needs to be checked out. Plus excess fluids can c"v lead to infection (bronchitis, ear infection, etc.). Refuah Shelaima!

Go check it out if your concerned. But 2 of my kids have a cold, runny nose, and cough through the winter. From October till March.

I didn't go to doctor yet because feels stupid to go for a cold and cough. Was just asking if anyone had this and if it's normal.

You shouldn’t feel stupid to go to the doctor for a check up!

Definitely see a doctor.
Usually a cold shouldn't last longer than 10 days.
Check out the ears, lungs, possibility of sinusitis.
Or it could allergies.
My son had an ongoing cough with no fever.
It turned out he had either walking pneumonia or bronchitis and was put on antibiotics. B"H I checked him out! There was no fever, just a persistent cough.
Check it out, and nothing stupid about that at all!
As an aside, does your doctor make you feel stupid when you ask questions? Perhaps you need a doctor you feel more comfortable with?
