Go to nerdwallet.com. They have a list of banks that have accounts for children.
Also small local bans are usually better than banks like chase or citi

CapitalOne online kids savings accounts. Has the highest interest rate I've seen in basic savings accounts with no minimum and being able to withdraw at will.

Valley national usually has a promotion if you open up a kids account they give each child $20

I just opened up 3 Capital One Kid's savings accounts this week and set up an automatic monthly transfer into each. Hopefully this will help save for their future expenses.
