I wish there was something that really took care of it but best I can do is Claritin D with Flonase spray.
Keeping away from allergins and making sure to get enough sleep also.

Dr. Bielory (associate director of allergy and immunology at UMDNJ) maintains that theobromide is more effective on postnasal drip than medication. It's found in regular tea but you need an acid (like lemon juice) to release it. Iow, drink hot tea with lemon.
