I think between $50,000 - $100,00 depending on location, hours etc

It all depends what type of management position and for how many years he's working there.
DH is making around $150,000 gross after 3 years working, very long hours. He's underpaid for what he does.

What do you consider very long hours?
I mean the highest level of management in a warehouse, overseeing all incoming, storage and outgoing stock.

Like the other poster mentioned it depends on the type of warehouse. My DH is a consultant for businesses and said a warehouse manager has a very difficult job. He said average is $100k .
If hours are much longer than standard hours then $150k would make sense.

Forestgreen, by long hours I mean that DH is out by 5AM every morning. When its the busy season he's put by 4AM. He can put in 10 hours on a Friday.
