Title says it all!
I'm looking for an appetizer or soup for dairy supper aside onion or vegetable soups or a Greek salad!
Anyone any ideas?!?!

Mozzarella basket, 2 tone blintzes, mushroom soup, spinach soup, bruschetta, 2 tone pudding, salmon skewer on top of salad, eggplant roll up with either rice or vegetable filling with cheese sauce on top, eggplant Parmesan, ravioli with filling of either mushroom cheese or spinach with creamed sauce.

Cream of anything soup (mushroom, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, potato, etc), any salad with cubes of grilled or fried haloumi added in or a caprese salad with delicious tomatoes, fresh basil, and baby mozzarella, cold pasta salad (I make mine with broccoli, toasted pine nuts, Italian dressing and parmesan cheese), cheesy dips like spinach artichoke or jalapeno.....so many options!
(Frankly these posts always surprise me. I'm constantly amazed by how meat-based so many people's diets are, something that becomes apparent when they have a limited repertoire of dairy/parve menu items.)

Cheese tortelini. Creamed spinach with cheese & rolls. Mock liver. Avocado salad. Salad with two toned shredded cheese. Ceasar Salad with grated parmesian cheese. Slice breaded eggplant topped with scoop mashed potatoes & melted cheese. Salad with bbq salmon cubes. Salmon cube skewers over angel hair pasta. Yogurt w fruit & granola. Dairy yogurt fruit smoothie. Pizza snaps. Pizza pinwheels.

Cheese balls. Cheese kreplach with crumbs. Ravioli with cream sauce. Blintz with strawberry sauce. Sushi. Sushi or kani salad.
Bread with melted cheese in center. Crepes. Pancakes. Blended Broccoli/squash soup with melted cheese. Pasta shells stuffed with spinach & cheese. Wraps with tuna/vegs....asstd flavors cheese platter. Hungarian red cheese salad. Cubed cantaloupe with cottage cheese.

Sooo many good ideas to choose from!!! I'm loving this!!!
I will def write down a bunch of those ideas for future too!
Today I think it'll be pancakes, blintzes or pudding!
Poster who suggested the cream of soups.... Can you share the recipes please?
