My 11th grader would like to look for a paying job in a sleepaway camp this summer. Is there such a thing? Which camps offer that?

Camp Sternberg used to pay that age - it wasn't much, but it was something. I don't know what their current policy is.

They generally don't get paid. They are lucky if they get free camp.
