Someone gave me a couple containers of seasoned breadcrumbs, so I figured I’d make Shnitzel for supper tonight. Thing is, I usually use unflavored or panko crumbs so I add flavorings to my wet mixture (ex: mayo and bbq sauce with breadcrumbs, honey mustard and spices mixed with eggs, sriracha with mayo, etc). So if I’m using Jason seasoned breadcrumbs do I just go basic flour/egg/crumb or mayo/crumb? Or do I still add my other flavors? I just don’t want it to have weird competing flavors!

I usually add only a bit of salt.

You can still use your regular flavors. Otherwise add the amount of salt you would generally use for the recipe.
