Hi!

Can anyone with experience share with me what a typical day in a TC daycamp looks like?
I was offered a position to head the TC program after heading the preschool daycamp in that same daycamp.
I have the ability to do it but would greatly benefit to hear from others who did it.
What do I need to know?
I will have 2 counselors under me. What do I look for in a counselor?
What will be the counselors responsibilities?
