We never eat chicken on the bone so I’m always looking for easy, better if not fried, and not dry or tasteless chicken cutlets ideas.

My current rotation-

Hot poppers
Fake (not fried) hot poppers
Grilled schwarma chicken
Oven fried chicken cubes
Chinese sesame chicken
Chicken Marsala
Marinated schnitzel
Fried panko chicken

What are your go-to easy chicken cutlet recipes?

chicken fingers - mix eggs with garlic cubes and paprika and dip chicken strips in and then coat with your fav crispy panko crumbs. fry.
sauce is mixture of honey and hot sauce.

Whats your oven fried chicken cubes?

and thanks for this thread!

Schnitzel = breaded chicken cutlets.
Chicken cutlets = chicken cutlets.
Schnitzel IS NOT another word for chicken cutlets. Unless you're Israeli, I think.

My fave recipe- smear duck sauce over chicken cutlets and cover with Frenchies french fried onions. Bake uncovered on 350 till done

I hate to break it to you...but according to my father (who grew up in Vienna and speaks German), shnitzel is actually a type of meatball. It is only in the frum US community that he started hearing shnitzel used for chicken cutlets.

you know, shnitzel with noodles (like meatballs and spaghetti)....(from My Favorite Things of The Sound of Music...)

When I was growing up, whoever used word shnitzel it was for patties.

By school lunch when we had tuna/veg cutlet it was reffered to as schnitzel

I haven’t read through, but when I make schnitzel, I put the cutlets in a ziploc, add crumbs (bread or corn flake), shake, and put in the oven on 450 for about 40 minutes

Yum sounds good!

In a 9x13 place the chicken cubes or small peices (however your family likes them) then pour a generous amount of cornflake crumbs, then salt, pepper, parsley flakes, paprika. Mix until evenly coated. Spray a generous amount of Pam and honey.
Bake 375 15 minutes
Shake, add more oil and honey as needed then bake another 10-15 minutes (depends on your oven) until crispy.
