The neighborhood is only 2 years old with a total of almost 70 frum families, so growing pretty fast. Some areas are more populated with a few frum families on the block and some are more sparse with a frum family on every 3 blocks. Cresent is further out so more sparse.... but growing! pm me if you have more questions.

Crescent Road has a condominium community in Thiells that is immediately off of Rosman Road. These are attached condos that were built in the 70s and maybe were upgraded in the 80s. In the community on both sides of the street are Single family homes with nice yards ranging in the price range of 375,000-450000.

In the community on both sides of Rosman are Single family homes with nice yards ranging in the price range of 375,000-450000. The shoprite And the public library are a few blocks away. I also see people who seem to live in the apartment complexes along Highway 202 in the same immediate area.
