What’s the best one I can get that won’t burn the hair off my processed human hair shaitels?

Any iron will burn the hair if used incorrectly but most human hair can handle quite a bit of heat. I personally recommend the Hot Tools professional curling irons, size based on what style you prefer.

No, it's just for curling. you would need a straight iron for that.
