Vacuum steps and small hallway and bedrooms
Clean 1 full bathroom
Clean 1 bathroom just toilet and sink
Mop and sweep small kitchen and living room
Windex fridge shelves

I just want you to know what to reasonably expect.

That seems very reasonable.

How many bedrooms.

Try it yourself without interruptions and see how long it takes you.

Add an hour to your time.

That exact list is probably fine, but not the first couple of times she's there because it takes time to develop a quick routine. Also, this is assuming she doesn't have to pick anything up off the floor, just clean it. She won't be able to take her time with anything, it will be pretty basic.

2 hours seems plenty. My cleaning lady does in 3 hours the kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms abs 2 bedrooms plus hallways.

Does she need to pick up toys/things from the floor first? She also has to empty the fridge first and then put everything back

I'm not so sure that's reasonable. Taking everything out of the fridge to clean the shelves and then putting everything back would take about 30 min alone.

Even with the small bathroom, besides from the toilet and the sink, the floor needs to be cleaned, perhaps the walls, the fixtures, and door and knobs. If you want a thorough job with attention to detail, I don't think 2 hours is enough.

That said if you absolutely want this done within 2 hours I'm sure the cleaning lady will get it done and modify how deeply she cleans accordingly.

ime it takes a cleaning lady close to an hour to clean my bathroom. Granted I have a stand shower and a bath but it takes time...

FYI, I find it works best to tell the cleaning lady whats on todays agenda when she comes as opposed to giving one job at a time. Somehow a lot more gets done this way...

My cleaning lady cleans 5 bedrooms and four bathrooms, two sets of stairs plus a kitchen and living room in 3 hours. I was having her stay for four and I saw she was working a little slow so I told her just to get done what she can in 3 hours even if it's not as perfect and she is able to do it. If I want something deep cleaned then I either ask if she can stay longer or get rid of something because my refrigerator takes a long time.just want to add that in 3 hours I know that it's not going to be as perfect and when she stayed for four it was definitely better but financially we needed to cut down.

It would be nice if you didn’t have to add time, the the reality is that people that get paid by the hour will do things slower.

Then it means those I had, were total cleaning robots and could have gone even faster? lol.
Some of them would refuse to be paid when they had to take more time because they should have done it faster in their mind.
