I bought some extra thin noodles (itriot) on sale today. What should I make with it? Seems like it would be nice in soup. Anything else? Any suggestions for soups besides chicken? Thanks!

Thanks! I'll look into that. I ended up doing soup with onions and carrots and spices. But I added the noodles way too early, so they got really soft and creamy, which was a bit more interesting than I was going for, but nice.
