I have a sibling getting married in Brooklyn. I’m not from NYC, and I need to take care of my own makeup arrangements. Who is good and not too expensive? Also how close to the wedding do I need to make these arrangements?

There are many good ones in Boro Park! I highly recommend Chaya Rosenberg. She is professional yet warm, very well priced, patient, and makes you feel beautiful.
