How do I know if it needs checking out?
She is vaccinated (one shot), but we live in Israel so I guess it's possible.

Does she have any other symptoms?
Dry cough
Gunky eyes (conjunctivitis)
Fever
Sore throat
Call your doctor/clinic and ask.

She hasn't been herself for over a week, but she seems to be basically past that now. Just a little more tired than usual.

Measles and roseola have similar symptoms and both are in Israel right now. You'd know it's roseola if its milder.

if its without persistent fever its most likely not measles, (that's what my doc told me)

It's spots (more like pimples), not sores.

Do a google search for measles symptoms. With only one symptom, it’s most likely something else.

Also google images of measles spots. See if the rash matches up.
