This. I don't wear only sheer/light pink. I wear darker/opaque colors but there are many colors I don't wear like black, red, etc.

I don't get them done because I can't rationalize the expense and I don't really care that much about my fingernails. It's not cool to be obsessed with your looks over here. I do paint my toenails, just for myself, for fun. I only get my fingernails done for a wedding. As for colors, toes I do anything, I love bright and crazy. Finernails I'd do pink, white, french, silver, silver glitter, tans, lavendar, grey, rose, gold or metallics of any of those. I don't like wearing black/red/neon because it makes too much of a statement.

We ladies of a certain age need to have some fun.
I get a pedicure about every other month.
I do my own manicures, too expensive here, but when I visit my mother in the states twice a year I treat myself to a salon manicure. At home I wear a color that's noticeable but not extreme. When I'm on vacation I do "vacation color" something weird like blue.

I can't find my message.
I almost never get a mani but I do my own nails as needed. Wearing some green blue thing today. I will wear colored nails and long sheitels if needed. My hair always surprises my grandfather and my nails my grandmother zal. Last time I went shopping with her I bought colored nailpolish, yellow, blue etc she was like I'd never wear those but why not! lol.
I don't know anyone frum with constant manicure as in profesional/fake. I do my eye brows at sephora every 3 weeks and my friends... dont
