HI! Anyone with information on this camp? Im just starting out with camp for my oldest girl. Someone mentioned this camp to me as being more tame and more toichendiga camp. Anyone with info? What kind of mix? Pricewise are they a lot more expensive than camps belonging to a moised?

It's a chassidish camp not affiliated with any mosad. It's a 1/2 summer program. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) They're focused on giving the girls good old fashioned wholesome fun without being into externals & competition.

Run by Mrs. Chavie Katz. Shes super creative. Her focus is on talent and skill based workshops.
The crowd is more Chassidish/heimish, machaneinu type.

Ive heard theyre more expensive than the "regular" chassidishe camps.. Anyone knows what they charge? And is it a money hungry kind of camp that every move costs money?

It's $1850 for four weeks, after all fees. Plus 2.8% credit card processing fees. No, they are not money-hungry. That's basically it, besides an SD card that must be purchased at the camp, an optional camp sweatshirt, and canteen.

Im also hearing so much about how "different" it is from the other chassidishe camps out there. What makes it different? Can anyone gimme some sort of explanation?

I don't think it's so different. They just pride themselves on being more low-key, not into all the shtick that is so popular in other camps, and they have elective workshops, such as gymnastic, hair styling, art, drama, etc.

I don't think they go on trips and they don't have competition with other camps.

I think they had both when my daughter was a camper there last summer.

Thank you.

I confirmed with DD that they went to Six Flags for their major trip. And I know that DD's bunk had some sort of intercamp competition with Camp TD.

No, lol, not part of the administration. Just a satisfied parent. But of course, you're welcome to message me.
