I saw it was recommended here once for menstrual pain.
What else is it good for?
Someone told me they feel better since they take it.
Does it need a Hechsher, or is it just a Vitamin/Mineral?

Magnesium can help with sleep issues. And it can help with leg cramps. Too much can make you need to make. It may have calcium.

My daughter took this for a year to help with constipation. It worked well for her.

when I checked it I don't think it had a hechsher and pretty sure I was told to get one with one. I thought I used to use it as a child so could be I missed the hechsher or different rabbis hold differently...
