If I wanted to stay in North Miami Beach (or even Miami Beach), are there affordable options to rent? Any place with a Kosher kitchen? I went onto Airbnb but I'm not a big traveler and I don't know how to tell what area they are showing me. Also the prices were crazy. Was hoping to spend a few hundred dollars a night, not a few thousand . . .

Lxure suites has nice stuff in North Miami. Check out their site. They gave very good service, fully kosher stocked kitchen... Lxure.com

Florida kosher villas has beautiful homes but not sure what you call affordable 😏
