Nofesh getaways is hosting a shabbos in 2 weeks. It's a chassidish program and very expensive. You can find their info on Instagram.
Deluxe retreats is also hosting a shabbos then, I think that's not such a chassidish program but also expensive. You can find their info on Instagram and online.

Wow... it would be close to $3000 to take my family for shabbos! (I checked out the deluxe retreat website)

Anyone know of anything else?

Revach is having a Shabbos also, not too expensive as these things go and usually a really nice crowd.

I just contacted Revach about pricing, it's the same price as Nofesh and deluxe.

Almost every hotel in Israel offers Shabbat meals.

Some chabads cater, or are open to hosting (a donation would obviously be appropriate)
See if there's a particular area you are interested in touring and check out the local Chabad

Shabbos away is very costly. It is what it is and most events are comparable, aka competitive to the market, in cost.

Consider renting a villa in orlando. There are minyanim and catered shabbos. Check out www. Rabbiorlando.org to reserve and learn more.
