Hi all-
Iyh leaving soon for Israel visit and bringing things for family:
1. If 50 is weight am I likely to get fined for 50.5 or 51 or 52 lbs? Keeping taking things out but would like to keep more in.
2. Also I have a carry on luggage meant as a carry on but a little overstuffed. Do they weigh it?
3. Want perosnal item to fit as much as possible. Can it be a knapsack or small duffle with my purse and other things in it?

You can have a knapsack and a handbag. 1 pound shouldn’t be a problem. But be prepared to take out an item and hold in your hand or put in handbag. They are strict with the handbag weight. Some airlines will offer to take your handbag as luggage (for free) if it’s too heavy, however I don’t know if elal has that policy
