I’m looking to make those delicious little boxes they sell in groceries.
Anyone have a recipe for delicious soft cheese snack?

We used to cook the leftcheese filling from a cheese delkalah recipe (mini cheese puff that the top looks like a 4 leaf clover) in muffin tins and it always tasted delicious. Not exactly the same but closer to cheese snacks than cheese cake. Maybe find a recipe like that and fiddle with it?
