I only remember a couple of lines but remember this being a beautiful song. Maybe it was in a school play or something? I heard it about 20 years ago in camp. If anyone can link to tune also that would be amazing!

"Sleep little one, pure little one
Reach for the highest stars
Our tzadikim were once young like you are.....
Sleep now, dream now and make it all come true...."

I love this song! The chorus is

Dream little one, pure little one
Reach for the highest stars
Our leaders were once
Young like you are
You can follow their light, blaze through the night
I’ll be so proud of you
Sleep now, dream now and make it all come true
Back to top

I sing this song to my toddler every night and she loves it! I might not remember every word perfectly (I also know it from camp!) but here goes...

Close your eyes and sleep
Dream of all the things that you can be
Life so new waits for you
Dream a dream and make it all come true

Stars shine over head
Pictures of tzadikim round your bed
Loving eyes, warm and wize
Follow them, you're sure to reach the skies

As you grow always know
Your my little tzadik
Aleph-bais fill your days
Precious soul
Dream little one, pure little one
Reach for the highest stars
Our leaders were once
Young like you are
You can follow their light
blaze through the night
I’ll be so proud of you
Sleep now, dream now
and make it all come true
