Looking for ideas what to do in Scranton or Poconos besides skiing and indoor water parks in the winter?

Scranton has a very nice train museum - Steamtown National Historic Site. Not sure what else is good to do there in the winter other than skiing and tubing at nearby Montage. We love Ricketts Glen State Park, but the hiking path is closed in the winter.

It doesn't make sense for it to be closed in the winter! They sculpt all year round. I would call to confirm.

Thank you all for your replies. I think we might skip Scranton and come a different season when more things to do.
