There are more frum Jews there when frum schools have off. I don't think you would feel it anywhere except the restaurants though. The parks themselves are so huge, no matter how many frum people go they're a drop in the bucket. It's way more crowded when public schools have vacation.

This. It’s not a small park like Six flags or Hershey Park. During spring break or the holidays it’s waaaaaaaaaay more crowded.
