How do you get the chocolate chips not to fall to the bottom of the cake but to be mixed properly with it?

I is even mini chocolate chips so that I don't have that issue. They are not as heavy.

Add them after the cakes been in the oven for a bit. Then they won't sink as much because it's not as liquidy.

They should be added to a heavy cake like blondies.
Otherwise use mini chocolate chips and toss/coat in flour first before dropping in.
