I use something called Shabbos Alarm. It works fine, except that you need to reset it every week.

I have alarm clock xtreme
Look for the option of auto dismiss duration and set it for however long you need

I have shabbos alarm too, but mine has an option for repeating so I set it to repeat the same alarm every shabbos.

It got bad reviews, primarily that it didn't always work, so I was hesitant..maybe I'll try

I just use the default clock app. You can set the alarm to only go once.
