Snowtubing and skiing at Holiday Mt., Campgaw, or Mountain Creek. Another vote for Palisades Mall ropes course.

OP, how old is your son? AFAIK, you need to be 18 for the shooting range.
Hobby house is for young kids, mainly girls. Not for teen boys.

I don't know what it's called but this shooting range is about a half hour away . Check out their website and give them a call about age etc.
My son and his friends were around 16 when they went.
