When does the school year end in Israel? Does it end in June like the US or like yeshivas, rosh chodesh av or after tisha b'av? Or some other time?

It depends on the school. Mamad (public religious) is at the end of June.
Cheder, chinuch atzmai, etc is different

It depends on the school. Private gans and iriya ganim end around July this year I think, like the end of July I think. Chedarim end just before tisha b'av. But Bais Yaakov always ends much earlier than the boys (like by a number of weeks poss even a month).

June 30 for elementry, June 20 for highschool.
Chadarim have different dates.

This. Also, even within a given system, the school year can end on slightly different dates for different grades. Sometimes highs school students finish the school year a week or so before primary school children, and sometimes boys' and girls' schools finish a few days apart.
That's the mamad schools.
Charedi schools sometimes continue throughout the summer with a vacation of ~3 weeks instead of 10 weeks for the mamad schools.

This was always my experience. Also junior high is june 20th. (From grade 7 up)

If junior high is part of a highschool it ends on June 20 if it's part of an elementary school it ends June 30 (this year I will be having an 8 grader end on June 20 and a seventh grader end on the 30).
Some schoils mostly yeshiva highschool may adgust the official end and start days (mine did).

Of course. Especially if she is doing moed bet in anything.
I was referring to regular classes. Bagruyot can continue till mid July at least.

Bais Yaakovs end at the end of June but the schools usually offer a month of day camp in the school.
Chadarim end erev Tisha B'av.
