I need a steady cleaning lady once or twice a week. Anyone familiar with agency or where I can get someone??

"Good" has nothing to do with the agency in my experience. They don't do any vetting. You just have to try different people they send you. Soraya is popular one there's a few others but might as well try. 718-336-4223
Really best is if you know someone who has good cleaning lady and she can recommend a friend.
