I would really like to buy two costumes from a specific seller whose website page says that they are away (so won't be processing orders on time.)
I tried contacting 2 such sellers (both are away) and both got back to me saying they they will be back soon. What does soon mean? If the delivery date is now by March 7, how do I know I will have it by purim?
*it just dawned on me that maybe it is a unofficial generic text? (Doesn't seem like one)
Anyone know what holiday is going on now, and when it ends?

What country are they in? They can also simply be taking personal time off.

Ask them when they expect to be back. Tell them you want to purchase something and need it by a specific date.

It is china. And I did specify. They just replied 'soon', but I think they just want me to trust them. So if they said the holiday is almost over, they mean another 2weeks?!

Chinese New year is about 15 days. This year it's till Feb 20.
And not all of them open right away. You need a specific date.
