My 4.5yo DS has "officially" been toilet trained since he was 3, and overall is, but still wets himself several times a week. Sometimes a few times in one day. I can't figure it out. We've tried prizes, treating him for suspected constipation, reminding him at frequent intervals. There's no rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes it's at school and sometimes at home. Sometimes he'll be dry for a week and sometimes he'll wet 3 pairs of pants in 2 hours. I'm getting desperate to solve this before kindergarten. Any advice?

Is it possible that he’s constipated?

Tried miralax for a couple weeks and didn't really make a difference. He poops every day w/o pain, if it is constipation it's hidden...
