Fireside is also very nice. Typical steakhouse pricing.
Mandarin has delicious food and nice ambiance. I think they're a bit cheaper?

If you want milchig regular priced - Primavera (dont know hecher)
If you want fleishig simple menu - Monsey BBQ or The Kosher Castle. both have great tasting stuff at affordable prices.
If you want something more upper class - Fireside (expect to pay an arm and a leg)

ETA: I agree Mandarin is a nice fleishig restaurant with decent pricing, nice ambiance and great tasting food.

mandarin is a regular restaurant with table service
kosher castle is fast food
monsey bbq is a takeout, they don't have place to sit afaik
bbq 306 is a delicious combination of fast food and steakhouse. I love their food and their decor but it's not cheap and it's family oriented, not a fancy place. thursday nights are packed with men.

306 BBQ is in Wesley Hills. I've never been there but have heard great things about it. Mandarin is nice. Purple Pear will be missed.

Fleishig
Mandarin: Table Service
Kosher Castle: Table Service & Counter Serve
Monsey BBQ: Counter serve with tables
306 BBQ: Table Service
China Take Out: Counter Serve with tables
Chick N Chuck: Take Out with one or two tables
Mechels: Really good take out

I know this is late for the OP but if anyone else checks here-

When I went to 306 BBQ it was definitely counter service.

There's also KYO. On the 59, Japanese food.

The new place Le Brick has awesome Israeli cuisine. Handmade pitas.
