Aren't Mira and Meira two different names? I thought Mira was from Miriam.
I know a Meira Ora. I also like Meira Tova that someone suggested, and seriously considered it for my daughter ("umeirim es ha'olam batorah uvmaasim tovim" from the tefillah after lighting candles).
I also like Meira Sarah and Meira Rivka, since they were both known for their light (the light from Sarah's candles never went out until she died and then when Rivka came into the tent the miracle happened again).
