I am making supper at my home this week for a few families and looking for different and nice ideas. I keep seeing these boards everywhere. What do u put on one? Anyone ever make one and can guide me?
Thanks.
Also any other ideas for a nice (easy) meaty supper for a crowd?

Hassleback salami is a pretty easy recipe and it takes up a nice amount of space of a board . Sliced deli is very easy to. Fold or roll.. other ideas - chicken fingers, egg rolls or cigars or empanadas (all a pain in the neck to make). Beef sticks are bought and pre cooked so that's also easy...
Garnish with dips, olives, grapes, pickles, hot peppers...

what about a tray with 2 or 3 dips - chopped liver, mock liver, egg salad, guacamale with crackers or pitta or sliced french bread.
