She won’t agree. And I understand. She can use a computer at home. It takes hours. Why would she sit in the library. Also she needs to make copies and print stuff. She will end up needing to use the library computer. This is not a plan that makes sense.

So she'll use the library printer and photocopier. Like plenty of other people do.
Or, you can just get internet at home, which honestly seems like the best option, and she can use your computer.
