Are you talking about the summer or year round shabbosim?
It is near swan lake so you have a grocery and pizza shop a short drive away. But these are only open summertime.

Beautiful grounds and houses. Dunno about the crowd during the year but in the summer it's mainly Satmar.

We were there over Pesach. Beautiful apartments, nice grounds. Crowds change yearly. There's a walmart close by but no other groceries. There's a grocery in Gibbers...
