Hi! Looking for advice on what I can do to start working out...I’m looking for either YouTube videos or an inexpensive class to do at home. Would like to tone and sculpt (maybe lose a little weight), and specifically target losing my baby bump fat from a year ago. Any advice? Brand new in the workout world and have no idea what to do first I don’t have time these days for gym for personal trainer

I'm using momsintofitness.com. They have a bunch of different classes. One is geared toward diastasis recti, if that is relevant for you. They have a free 2 week trial and then It's $15 per month. So far, I'm happy with the workouts and results

I’ve been working out with Denise Austin for years. She has a website but also has many YouTube videos. Her workouts are very effective, enjoyable and doable.

Beginners DVD that helped me a lot was 10 min target toning for beginners
It’s ten minutes in each body part.
Very effective
Abs are built in the kitchen
So start with lean protein and lots of veggies

Check out blogilates on YouTube.
The poster Tranquility and Peace recommended her and I love it! She has so many different videos I never get bored.
If you're a beginner search for blogilates beginners.
