Are you eating on his way of life? Whats names of supplements of his cleansing kit? What supplements do u take daily?
Any tips and ideas for how to manage a day? Ideas of meals and snacks please?

The main thing is: even though you eat all healthy foods and juices, you gotta flush it out daily with ENEMAS!!! That is Limoge mentality!

No, it's not done orally, they teach you how to do your own enema..... they claim it's the only way to cleanse..... Banging head

No enemas.
He starts you out on bioflo 1, a psyllium based powder that you mix with some apple juice and water, and bioflo 2, a capsule. This encourages good elimination etc. Depends on person, adds chloroforce, chlorophyll product and liquid aloe. Of course being a naturopath and having a line of products, there are additional supplements.
Basic Diet is. Fruits in the morning, lunch and supper - more raw or steamed vegetables on plate than carbs and protein.
Anything else is specific to individual.
