Aspirin candies
Cotton candy (for cotton)
You can make band aid cookies
Some type of schnapps for "alcohol" and they can take "shots"

I wouldn't do fake pills. The message could be confusing to kids.

You could do winkies as vitamins or generic medicine but it’s obviously candy and not pretending to be real medicine in a pill bottle or whatever.

If you want real food you can put in mini apple pies/ kugels or apple turnovers. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

You could ro something from each of the food groups. Apple theme (as another poster mentioned). Water. I wouldn't put fake pills or candies because many parents would not appreciate that.

There is Choco syringes. There is box of Choco bandaid strips.ready made in stores.
Marshmallows instead of cotton. This little white mint candies in a this flat plastic box that you shake out by opening up corner tip.
Maybe a fruit roll up for a casting roll.
Maybe punch for cough syrup. Maybe a flat skate for doctor stick. Maybe put in some doctor stickers or small appt book.

I got free (white paper) bags from CVS. I got the syringes from Walgreens for cost price and filled them with jello.
