(Spin off from the abuse thread.)
I have never been able to find a frum nanny, and believe me I tried. I just don’t think this really exists. I was wondering if anyone else in the us has been able to. The few bites I had were either women who were unstable or refused to work erev yontiff or fridays, thereby essentially making it a non-starter.
Has anyone had a different experience, and if so, what is your geographical location? Hi

My brother had someone, in Brooklyn. She's from a country that was formerly part of the Soviet Union and she was frum as in shomer shabbos, kashrus.

I had a frum nanny for my children. Part time only though but that is all I needed. I live in Monsey.

There's a website that connects people to frum nannies. There are 2 frum women I know who do it oot. Both divorced without kids.
More common is an Israeli Jewish au pair. Comes with its own set of issues.
