Do you know of any "child proof" window shades?

My kids took apart the "mini blinds" in their room, I don't want to get a new one cause they'll break that one in no time Exploding anger WHAT DO I DO? I live in the basement................everyone can look right in.
does anyone know of a better idea? unbreakable? Help

a denim curtain ...
piece of plywood ...
bricks ...
glassblock ...
a cheap shade ... no strings
or new blinds and tie them up with the string What

I have two layers of curtains: sheer and heavy. Two rods on each window. I like not having any strings- that's so dangerous.

try this- it looks so pretty, but some designsare more opaque then others- so look at hte different styles.

what about just a plain pull-down shade? I think it's also called a room-darkener.

roman blinds are very nice, and you could get one of those cord keepers so they don't swing on it Smile
