I want to make jumbo cookies and bars to send to school with my kids for snack. I already have a bunch of muffin recipes. I am looking for low fat and low calorie. Has to be nut free. Does anyone have any recipes? Or suggestions for how to take a regular cookie recipe and substitute ingredients to make it low fat and low calorie?
