BYM is closed because the public schools are closed.
My sons yeshiva has their own busses so they have regular yeshiva.

Did you get lots of snow in Monsey? Brooklyn barely has snow on the ground yet schools are closed. Its ridiculous. They never closed school for this little snow only for real blizzards and that was after it already started. Shocking that NY would shut down for some dust on the ground.

My kids have private bussing, an hour late. Bh
We probably got like 8 inches but the roads are pretty clean.

Yes. There is decent snow and that's the irony. My mother is a NYC public school teacher and my sisters kids are in school in Brooklyn. Both are off for a bit of slush on the ground and my kids have school without delay. We swapped photos of our properties today and it's funny that they are the ones without school and we are the ones with school.
