Son on it for just over a week. He’s doing the 30 day cleanse. He lost 10 pounds!! Doesn’t have much to lose in the first place. Was drinking 4 cups of coffee per day & now down to 1. He says he feels good. His wife just started selling. know nothing more than that. It prob a fortune though to get all those products one would need .....

I am doing it. If you become a PC and buy the 40% off pack it’s actually cheaper than food. Yeah, it’s expensive, but it’s 2+ meals a day

Op isn't asking about the company. The question is for those of you who followed this diet where you successfull or not?

My links weren’t about the company. They were about the fact that this program can cause and has caused liver failure.

I did it for 60 days, I lost 20lbs, I liked the shakes, it really made me feel full and not crave forbidden foods, but I found that I missed the foods that I couldn't eat such as dairy and pasta--didn't love the substitutes. Was very expensive, so I went off of it. Gained 40lbs afterwards, and my hormones went all out of whack for a year--which doesn't make any sense, but that was my reality.

Not sure what that woman did to overdoes on green tea because I only had like 2-3 cups a day.

I do know a consultant that did lose a lot of weight through the Arbonne diet and has kept it off. I don't know why the diet is problematic more than any other diet--promoting clean eating and lowering sugar intake which causes cravings, and no soy. It all sounded perfect. I never got a good understanding for why my body reacted the way it did.
